How to shop?
View our offer on the website and choose your dream piece. You can find all the categories in the top bar and we recommend using the filters to filter your size or model so that you only see the pieces we have in your size. For each product, we have photos, available sizes and a detailed description of the product (under the photos).
If you are not ready to order yet, we recommend using the wish list, where you can save the product so you don't lose it. You add it by finding your chosen product and clicking on the orange heart in the product photo. You can then easily get to the wish list on every page in the upper right part next to the basket icon - it's the orange heart again.
1. Shopping cart - Add to cart
If you already have your favorite, just choose the size. To make sure that you have the right size, we have a size chart for each product, in which you can find dimensions, etc., or you can consult us via email info@solehub.cz or WhatsApp, we will be happy to help you choose.
When you have chosen the correct size, click on "Add to cart". Do you want to add something else to your cart? You can return to the main menu via the top bar or via the "Continue shopping" button.
You can always get to the shopping cart by clicking in the upper right corner.
2. Billing data
The next step is to fill in the billing and contact information. We need this data to issue an invoice.
3. Method of transport
In the third step, the delivery method is selected. In the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Slovenia and Slovakia, we use the company Zásilkovna/Packeta. In other EU countries, Packeta forwards shipments to a local courier. More info in the Delivery Policy.
When choosing DELIVERY TO THE DISCHARGE POINT, note that the delivery point is selected at the very end of the process - after payment (for cash on delivery, it is after order confirmation).
If the shipment is delivered to the address, we will use your billing address filled in in the first step, if the billing address is different from the delivery address, it is possible to change it in the next step.
4. Payment
The penultimate step in the checkout is payment. Here you can choose which payment method you prefer. With us, it is possible to pay by card, Paypal or cash on delivery for a fee of CZK 39 or approx. €1.5.
5. Checking the order
During the entire process at the checkout, it is possible to apply the discount code in the upper right part, immediately below your selected item.
After clicking on "Complete order", the order will be confirmed and if delivery to the delivery point is selected, a window will pop up where you can choose the delivery point.
