RETURN POLICY

Purchased goods can be returned without any reason within the legal 14-day period, counted from the date of receipt.
We recommend checking the size chart available for each product before purchasing to avoid returning items due to incorrect sizing. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@solehub.cz or WhatsApp.

The goods can only be returned in their original condition, without any signs of wear. Therefore, try the sneakers on a clean surface to avoid, for example, dirtying the soles.

Please return the goods along with all accessories, such as the box, spare laces, or other additional items.

Return the goods in their original box, inside a cardboard box, ideally with padding, to prevent damage to both the original packaging and the product during transport.

Refunds for returned goods will be processed to your account no later than 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary
Returns are FREE when using Zásilkovna/Packeta.

To return an item, log into your customer account and initiate the return process. If it is within the 14-day period, we will approve the return within two working days and send you a return form with instructions via email, which you will need to include with the sneakers. If you encounter any issues, we are available at info@solehub.cz.

Rest of the EU

In case of a return, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to our warehouse in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange or reimburse the return shipping costs.
